ALEX HAZEL
GENERAL MANAGER
As General Manager of Atlantic Marinas, Alex has a hand in virtually everything that happens across our three marina properties. Over his 16 years with The Brick Companies, he has played a key role in expanding and enhancing our facilities while ensuring that members and their guests enjoy an exceptional experience each time they visit. Alex especially loves springtime in the marina yard—watching the docks come alive again and welcoming members back. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him out on the water, golfing, cheering on the O’s, or spending time with family and friends. He’s also kept busy by his crew at home: Echo, his Belgian Malinois; Piper, his cat; and his 7 chickens.
MEGAN GUTIERREZ
OFFICE MANAGER
Megan is an integral part of the Atlantic Marinas team, with responsibilities that touch every corner of our operations—from answering inquiries and assisting members to scheduling services, managing billing, and hosting member events. Since joining Atlantic Marinas in 2015, she has enjoyed getting to know our members and their families. Her warm personality and attention to detail help create a welcoming environment that members appreciate. A fun fact about Megan: she’s a certified storm spotter for the National Weather Service and an avid storm and nature photographer. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading manga, and spending time with her teenage son.
ADRIENNE MEREDITH
FACILITY MANAGER, FERRY POINT
Adrienne joined the Atlantic Marinas team in 2007 after The Brick Companies acquired the Magothy location, where she had worked since 2001. For many years, she served as a key member of the Atlantic Marinas staff as an Office Administrator, supporting all three marina properties. Adrienne has gained a wealth of experience over the years and takes great pride in ensuring that members enjoy the best possible boating experience. She also loves meeting all the boat dogs that come through the marinas! In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys boating, kayaking, and is an avid runner. She also loves spending time with her dog and caring for her houseplant collection.
TOM MEREDITH
FACILITY MANAGER, PATAPSCO
Tom Meredith oversees daily marina operations as the Facility Manager of Atlantic Marinas on the Patapsco. His responsibilities include maintaining the expansive yard, assisting members, operating the forklift, and managing boat launches and hauls. For more than 13 years, Tom has been a valuable member of the Atlantic Marinas team and especially enjoys building lasting relationships with members. Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing golf, spending time on the water, and relaxing with his dog.
JOHN EGER
YARD MANAGER, FERRY POINT
As the Yard Manager at Atlantic Marinas at Ferry Point, John became part of the Atlantic Marinas team in 2019 when The Brick Companies acquired the property. A dependable and friendly presence, he maintains the yard, assists members, and oversees travel-lift operations. As a true people person, John loves interacting with members and sharing his passion for boating. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and taking small adventures together on their boat.
DALE OTTOVIANO
FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Dale has been a dedicated member of the Atlantic Marinas team for 15 years, operating the lifts and keeping our facilities in top shape. He takes pride in projects that enhances the member experience. Recently, he built a new paddleboard storage rack near the beach at Patapsco—just one example of his hands-on craftsmanship. Known for his great sense of humor, Dale loves a good laugh and is often found brightening the day by joking with members. In his spare time, he enjoys getting out on his boat.
