Discover Atlantic Marina at Ferry Point, a family-friendly waterfront destination on the scenic Magothy River just north of Annapolis. Enjoy well-protected docks, deep slips, and on-site dining at the popular Point Crab House & Grill. With quick access to the Chesapeake Bay, it’s easy to cruise to Annapolis, Baltimore, the Eastern Shore, and beyond. Our on-campus partner, Engle Marine, provides comprehensive boat repair, yacht management, and custom marine services. We also offer memberships to Annapolis Boat Club, featuring a new fleet of NauticStar powerboats and hassle-free boating with no maintenance or ownership costs. Members can also enjoy access to Port Annapolis Marina.

Welcome to FLOHOM 3—a chic, Bohemian-inspired luxury tiny houseboat designed to accommodate up to two guests. Nestled on the tranquil waters at Ferry Point Marina, FLOHOM 3 offers picturesque views of the Magothy River and nearby waterfront communities.
